Les Case agreed to write this book for Evans Brothers shortly before he became ill but his wife Christine completed the work and it was published in 1982. It is illustrated by Lee Robinson and has photographs, drawings and diagrams plus a glossary of farming terms. Farming relates to a number of school subjects and its history is of interest to many young and old.
